  • Clinical Director

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with over 21 years of experience, I take a person-centered approach to therapy, believing that clients are the experts of their own lives. I primarily work with adults and couples, using methods like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help partners build trust, communication, and intimacy. My specialties include anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, grief, and addiction. I incorporate mindfulness, somatic body work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to support healing on both emotional and physical levels. Having navigated my own journey through grief and trauma, I understand that healing isn’t always linear, and sometimes, we need a team to walk with us. Outside of therapy, I enjoy yoga, gardening, reading, spending time with my family, and playing with my dog.

  • Assistant Clinical Director

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Problem Gambling Treatment Counselor, I approach therapy with a holistic and systemic lens, seeing each client as a whole person shaped by their unique roles, histories, and environments. I specialize in working with adults, couples, adolescents, Indigenous/Native American Peoples, and individuals navigating codependence. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction (chemical and gambling), and supporting women experiencing emotional or psychological intimate partner violence. I use person-centered, narrative, and psychodynamic therapies, along with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients gain insight and create meaningful change. I believe in honoring each person’s vulnerability and collaborating through a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect. Outside of therapy, I enjoy rock climbing, biking, visiting art museums, reading, and cheering on the LA Dodgers with my partner and family.

  • Peer Recovery Support Specialist

As a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) and Behavioral Health Case Manager, I bring five years of experience and the perspective of someone in long-term recovery from mental illness. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and panic disorders. My approach is grounded in empathy, hope, and lived experience, using tools like mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), WRAP techniques, and active and reflective listening to support each person’s unique path to wellness. I collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure care is aligned with everyone’s goals, and I strive to be a positive role model and source of encouragement. My journey has taught me that recovery is possible, and I’m here to walk alongside others as they discover their own strength and resilience.

  • Under-Supervision Therapist

As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/Mental Health Candidate (LADC-MH) and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPC) Under Supervision, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and life transitions. I believe in the power of connecting to and owning our lived experiences, because only when we understand where we are can we decide where we want to go. My approach draws from Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy, helping clients explore meaning, values, and personal growth. In a world full of distractions and disconnection, I see therapy as a space to intentionally engage with ourselves and the world around us. Through self-development, we not only transform our own lives but also positively impact those around us.

  • Licensed Therapist

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all journey. I work with adults and children, drawing from a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Making Sense of Your Worth (MSOYW), to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, stress management, grief, and group counseling. I strive to meet clients where they are, offering empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a belief in their inherent strengths. I see myself as a guide, walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and empowering them to create meaningful change. Outside of the therapy room, I’m an avid reader who finds joy in exploring different genres and the empathy that stories can inspire.

  • Licensed Therapist

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with eight years of experience, I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore both their challenges and their strengths. I work with adults 18 and up, specializing in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and attachment issues. My approach is collaborative and grounded in empathy. I use evidence-based methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), in which I am trained and currently working toward certification, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, person-centered care, and trauma-informed practices. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s a partnership, and I’m committed to walking alongside my clients with honesty, hope, and respect. I bring my full self into each session, sometimes goofy, always kind, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge when it’s helpful. Outside of therapy, I’m a proud OU football fan, a Hallmark movie enthusiast, and I love spending time with my two favorite guys—one human, one furry, whether we’re riding bikes or playing fetch.

  • Under-Supervision Therapist

As a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) Under Supervision, I believe how we think about our challenges determines how we solve them. Change your thinking, change your life-full stop. I work with individuals between the ages of 16 to 64, supporting those navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, post-incarceration adjustment, spirituality, LGBTQ+, and Women’s Issues. My approach is eclectic and strength-based, drawing from evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Family Systems, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Focused care. I believe therapy is a deeply vulnerable experience, and I strive to create a space where every part of you is welcome. I also speak Spanish and welcome clients who feel more comfortable engaging in therapy in that language. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy walking my dog, baking, thrifting, finding the perfect cup of coffee, and spending time with loved ones.

  • Under-Supervision Therapist

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Under Supervision with six years of experience, I work with adults and groups navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, faith issues, and women’s issues. I help clients explore the roots of their emotions and behaviors, make sense of their experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates Narrative Therapy, Relational Psychodynamic work, and Mindfulness. I believe everyone has a story worth telling and that healing begins when we explore those stories together in a safe, compassionate space. Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking in the mountains with my husband and two goldendoodles, reading, baking, sharing belly laughs, and savoring a lovely cup of tea.

  • Under-Supervision Therapist

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPC-C) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor for Mental Health (LADC-MH) Under Supervision, I work with adolescents (10+), teens, adults, individuals, couples, and families.
