2025 CELEBRATIONS EVENT
On Wednesday, April 30th, A Chance to Change hosted its 15th annual Celebrations event at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, marking our 45th anniversary—a true milestone of resilience, growth, and unwavering dedication to mental health and addiction recovery. It was a night to remember, shining a spotlight on our agency’s vital work in counseling, education, and prevention, and celebrating the countless lives transformed since our founding in 1979.
We were honored to recognize remarkable community members who share our mission to improve mental health and addiction recovery in Oklahoma.
Tim & Kathleen O’Toole received the Jim McGuinness Award
Mayor David Holt was presented with the Community Impact Award
and Terri White received the Trailblazer Award.
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we raised an incredible $400,781 during the event. Your support ensures that we can continue providing free and low-cost behavioral health services to those in need.
Reflecting on 45 years of change and looking ahead to a bright future was something we were grateful to share with all of you. Together, we Face Mental Health, Addiction & Trauma, Create Solutions, and Celebrate Recovery!
