Gentle Support Through Movement & Mindfulness
Seasonal Affective Disorder can make the darker months feel heavier, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
A Chance to Change is offering a 4‑week small‑group yoga series designed to reduce symptoms of SAD through intentional movement, breathwork, and restorative rest. Led by Clinical Director Brandi Gibson, this group creates a warm, supportive space to help regulate mood, increase energy, and gently rebalance the nervous system.
With extended 75‑minute sessions, each class includes a longer Savasana to support cortisol reduction, calm the stress response, and promote deep physiological reset.
Group starts Thursday, January 29th
Meets Every Thursday for 4-Weeks | 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM
Location: A Chance to Change, 213 W. Britton Rd, OKC, OK 73120
This group is limited to 8 participants to ensure personalized attention in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Participants must be 18+ to register.
Cost: $100 flat rate four all four classes.

Virtual Mindfulness Group
Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm can feel consuming, but with the right tools and support, meaningful change is possible.
A Chance to Change is offering an 8‑week virtual Mindfulness‑Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) group, held live over Zoom. This group is designed to help participants reduce stress, ease symptoms of anxiety and depression, and strengthen their mindfulness practice from the comfort of home. Together with other group members, you’ll explore both the challenges and benefits of mindfulness in a supportive, connected environment.
Group begins Friday, January 23rd
Meets Every Friday | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Held Virtually over Zoom
This group provides a steady, accessible space to learn coping skills, build awareness, and cultivate healthier responses to stress, no matter where you are.

In-Person Mindfulness Group

A Safe, Supportive Space for Healing
Living with Post‑Traumatic Stress Disorder can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone.
A Chance to Change is offering a 15–17 week therapy group specifically designed for women living with PTSD. Using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), this group provides a structured pathway toward healing, growth, and recovery from trauma. Led by licensed clinicians Siobhan Givens, LPC and Tray Guthrie, LPC, participants will receive compassionate guidance in a safe, closed group setting.
Group starts Thursday, February 19th for 15-17 Weeks
Meets Every Thursday for 4-Weeks | 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Location: A Chance to Change, 213 W. Britton Rd, OKC, OK 73120
This is a closed group limited to 8 participants to ensure a safe, consistent environment for meaningful therapeutic work.
Cost: $60 per week. Some Medicaid plans may cover group therapy sessions.
