Teacher Support Training

Teaching is rewarding, but it also comes with challenges that can feel overwhelming, and while supporting students, educators can feel isolated or burnt out. Our Teacher Support Training offers a safe space to learn coping skills for in and out of the classroom, helping reduce burnout and isolation by fostering meaningful connections and offering valuable support.

Through this FREE 2-hour training, an ACTC facilitator will guide the group through our curriculum to help educators find peace in their profession. This training is designed by our own licensed counseling professionals and funded by the United Way of Central Oklahoma’s WayFinder Grant.

When: Wednesday, July 15th, 2026

Held virtually via Zoom from 5:00-7:00pm

Cost: FREE to attend

Topics Covered:

  • Defining Burnout and Compassion Fatigue

  • Grounding and Regulation in yourself

  • Grounding and Regulation in the Classroom

This training is a great way for teachers to prepare for the upcoming school year while connecting with other professionals who may be experiencing similar challenges.
